Exchanges and refunds are accepted free of charge in the following cases:
• Faulty or damaged items
• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size sent

exchanges and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
* Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
* A 20 EGP handling fee plus shipping fees apply.
* Processing may take up to 15 working days.
* Refunds are issued via InstaPay only (no cash refunds).
* Items must be returned unused and in original condition
